Content Moderation Policy
Rules for uploaded photos and generated videos, and how to report concerns.
Last updated: 2026-10-29
Scope and responsibility
TinyDesk AI Maker creates videos from photos of a single adult. This policy applies to photos you upload, videos you generate, and your use or sharing of those videos. You are responsible for the content you submit and create, and for complying with applicable law and the rights of others. Do not use the service to facilitate prohibited conduct, even if the resulting video remains private.
Prohibited content and use
Do not upload, generate, or use content that involves:
- Child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors, including sexualized depictions of real or simulated children, or attempts to exploit or groom a minor.
- Non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery, including sexual deepfakes or intimate imagery made, altered, or shared without the depicted person's consent.
- Non-consensual use of a person's likeness or impersonation, including depicting someone without permission or deceiving others into believing they said, did, or endorsed something they did not.
- Exploitation or abuse, including coercion, trafficking, blackmail, or using imagery to exploit a vulnerable person.
- Threats, harassment, or intimidation, including stalking, bullying, and content intended to shame or harm someone.
- Illegal violence or hateful violence, including threats or promotion of violence against people or groups, and content used to incite unlawful violence or hatred against protected groups.
- Infringement or privacy violations, including using photos, videos, or other protected material without the necessary rights, or exposing someone's personal or sensitive information without permission.
- Other unlawful content or activity, including material used to facilitate a crime.
Prevention and privacy
Use only photos of an adult whose permission you have to use their likeness and photos for this video, and obtain any other rights or permissions needed. The generation form requires an explicit confirmation of permission. Before generation, photo previews stay on your device; when you submit, photos are sent for processing, including to a video-generation provider. The server checks image format, size, dimensions, and aspect ratio. These checks and your confirmation do not establish age, identity, rights, or consent, and are not content screening.
The video-generation studio has no public gallery: generated videos are retrieved through the account that created the task. This does not prevent a user from downloading or sharing a video elsewhere. Providers process submitted material to generate the video; their handling and any third-party copies are outside our direct control. See the Privacy Policy for more about data handling.
Monitoring and review
We do not automatically classify uploads or generated videos for prohibited content, verify age or identity, or detect whether consent was obtained. We do not routinely have a person screen every upload or output. We may review relevant information when a report, support request, or other indication of abuse comes to our attention, subject to the information available to us. Private access does not mean that violations can always be detected or prevented.
Report a concern
Anyone, including a person depicted in a video, may report suspected violations to [email protected]. Please include a description of the concern, why it violates this policy, the task ID or other identifying details if available, and a way to contact you. If you are reporting use of your likeness or a rights violation, explain your relationship to the content and the permission or rights concern. Provide only information needed for review; do not email passwords, identity documents, or illegal imagery. For suspected child sexual abuse material, do not attach or distribute it; describe the concern and identifying details instead. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Signed-in users can also report a concern through support tickets when that feature is enabled. Include the same details and do not upload illegal imagery or identity documents to a ticket.
What happens after a report
We will assess the information provided, seek clarification where needed, and review available relevant task or account information and content where accessible. We will consider the evidence and applicable law before deciding what action is appropriate. Depending on the circumstances and our ability to act, measures may include asking for more information, restricting access to content, removing content under our control, or suspending or terminating service access. We may also contact the provider or relevant authorities where appropriate or legally required, while limiting disclosure as appropriate. We cannot guarantee a particular response time, detection, removal of third-party or downloaded copies, or a particular outcome.
If you disagree with a moderation decision, email [email protected] or use an available support ticket with the relevant task ID, the decision, and any information supporting reconsideration. We will consider the appeal using the information available. You can also use this address for questions about this policy.
